'Invitation to access some fresh information to really move forward in your wealth dynamics game!'

Our wealth dynamics profile explains 'who' we are and the position we play most effectively, but, have you noticed, within each profile, we operate at different levels?
There are 9 levels and Roger has been recently starting to share this information about what is called, the 'wealth spectrum' which identifies 'where' we are.
The great thing is, no matter where we are, there are 3 steps to take to get to the next level up, very practical! Soon, there will be a test we can take to see where we are, but who wants to wait? Not me, in Bali recently, I sat with wonderful Wealth Dynamics Master Practitioner, Frances Cheung, from Hong Kong, to gain a greater understanding of what the levels mean and what actions we can take now.

I also recorded some other cool insights... did you realise there is a cycle you go through relevant to your profile? I found it incredibly enlightening to discover the 'supporter journey' to see where past projects might have been let down at certain stages of the cycle and what to keep in mind for future projects.
Plus do you know how to communicate most effectively with each of the other profiles? Often our opposite profile is very hard to work out, again, for me, it was great to get an understanding of what to keep in mind as a supporter communicating with a lord!
Currently, there are recordings available now for supporters and stars, (creators will be available shortly)

I am not able to release all this information openly just yet. So, for those of you interested, drop me an email to deb@beinthegroove.com

Here is a recording that I can give you... Deb with Frances on Wealth Spectrum Part 1.mp3
Part 1 of the Wealth Spectrum which identifies the first 3 levels that form the Foundation Prism and the 3 actions you need to take to go to the next level. The first 3 levels are:
Infra Red - Victim
Red - Survivor
Orange - Worker
Most of our society play at this level. Have a listen and if you are one of these 3 levels, start taking the recommended action now. The additional recordings will be more relevant and valuable when you get to a higher level. When you are ready and you want Part 2 of the Wealth Spectrum and the other recordings, email me on deb@beinthegroove.com

Building Your Wealth Foundation

So you've taken the Wealth Dynamics Profile Test...

You may be asking now, where to from here?

Well, as you may have read in your profile report, there is a strategy for you to follow when it comes to doing what you love and receiving all the financial rewards you deserve for your efforts.

Step 1 in this process is "Building Your Wealth Foundation". Why is your wealth foundation important?

Imagine, losing all of your money (as so many people have experienced just recently) and being left only with the relationships you have and the skills you have developed. How quickly could you get back on track and who would support you?

The stronger your wealth foundation becomes the quicker you can recover from a financial injury. In fact, your wealth foundation determines your wealth! The definition of wealth is: 'Wealth is not how much money you have. Wealth is what you're left with when you lose all your money' (Roger Hamilton, Your Life Your Legacy)

Part of our wealth foundation is our internal values. Many successful wealthy people did not begin with money, they simply began with their time and the 6 internal values that we all possess: our passions, talent, knowledge, network, character and purpose.

Deb King knows very well the importance of this, and has recorded an interview with Les Gordon, a highly successful Supporter in Hong Kong about "Internal Values" which form your Wealth Foundation.

"Since joining the Supporters Experience and having focus on my profile game, I have been aware of the great benefits from being part of this group.

1. There is a monthly structure which allows step by step instructions of the continual learning process. This motivates me to practice and implement what I have learned and not just place my book on the shelf like many other courses I have attended and do nothing more.

2. Listening to monthly interviews of fellow Supporters has allowed me to gain many insights into the game supporters play, and the variations of that.

3. Roger Hamilton’s Master class recordings have given me more clarity and understanding of the chapters within his ‘Your Life Your Legacy book’.

4. We have a monthly conference call that all members are on and a question/answer session. I have found these to be very valuable as listening to others perspective on the same work brings about more distinctions. Other people always seem to bring up questions that I had never thought of. I have found this group to be a great forum for this.

5. Having questions answered regularly and new monthly actions allows me to continue taking those very important steps forward.

6. There is a journal available to write down all of your notes which keep me to task.

Overall I can highly recommend in joining similar groups if you wish to make a commitment to yourself and your Wealth game. It is so important to be part of a team and support each other in our journeys. To be answerable and accountable is very empowering.

This ongoing learning group is so full of value that I intend to incorporate a similar group within my own enterprise.

Thank you so much for creating and guiding this group."

Vision Villas' real life 'Inn-Keeper' from WINK

Vision Villas’ real life ‘Inn-Keeper’ from WINK

A key insight for me over the past year as Wealth Dynamics Master Practitioner for Supporter profiles, participating in and facilitating Boardroom Clubs has been with regards to our STANDARDS. We all have a tendency to ‘settle for our standards’ and the profound lesson to be learnt from these words is through the Inn-Keeper’s story in Wink (he represents the Supporter profile). Just as at the Inn-Keepers resort in 'Wink', XL Vision Villas in Bali is also truly paradise and ‘the hotel staff seem to drift along like they are wearing magic carpet shoes’ (and with the most amazing smiles)!

I spoke to Wayan Suarma, Resort Manager from Vision Villas in Bali, to find out more about the real life ‘Inn-Keeper’ and to learn a great lesson in realising our dreams.

Wayan leads a team of thirty people in managing the operations side of Vision Villas and says enthusiastically, ‘I love all parts of my job’. His key to success is recruiting the right people from the start and encouraging a strong team-work culture...the mission being to assist and fulfill every guest requirement with positivity and a can-do attitude! Wayan maintains this high standard by training every member of the team one-on-one every month and his leadership strategy is to create an environment where people love their job because, ‘When they love their job, it is very easy to ask them what we want.’ He is also very fair and would never ask someone to do something he wasn’t prepared to do himself. Wayan also mentors staff in the creation of new pathways to help them rise in their career.

The most important activity for Wayan in maintaining the smooth running of Vision Villas is to check reports from all departments – the A &G Department (administration and general) which looks after security, HR and Accounting; the Room Department which looks after front desk, house keeping and engineering; and the FB (Food and Beverage) Department including FB product and FB service. All issues that need addressing from these reports will be followed up. Each morning a log book (inside which any issues are recorded) is sent to his office and every Monday, Renate Hamilton and Wayan discuss what needs to be followed up on and together they look around the property paying close attention to every detail.

Wayan was always clear he wanted ‘to be something in the future’. For that he created a powerful dream and maintained a focus and commitment to reach his goals, clearly stating ‘Good education, take challenges on and focus to achieve goals.’

Wayan has always worked within the Tourism and Hospitality industry, with three years studying at university and now more than fifteen years experience under his belt. Fuelled by his dream of reaching the top position as Resort Manager, Wayan started from ground level as a bell boy carrying bags from reception to rooms and had already defined the schedule for his life: six months bell boy, six months reception, one year chief reception, two years night manager and always kept challenging himself to get a better position. When Wayan didn’t know, he would ask questions!

At Vision Villas Wayan works six days a week by choice. His agreement is to work five days but he finds it boring to stay at home. ‘I enjoy spending time talking to someone else, meeting people and sharing my ideas and sharing my knowledge and my experience with everybody’. Wayan is inspired by Robert Kyosaki and Mark Victor Hanson to build business. Wayans English is not quite advanced enough for Roger’s material and events as yet, so I wonder what he will think when Roger’s material is translated to Indonesian one day and he discovers who he has been working for the past 3 years!

Vision Villas’ biggest challenge at the moment is building another resort, including an expansion of the current resort with four new villas opening in 2009, a 60 seat restaurant and another swimming pool in the resort. With Wayans desire to wholly embrace and overcome challenges I am sure the resort will be outstanding!

Wayans and his wife, Made Tirtawati is also in tourism and they met working in the same hotel. Now Made Tirtawati looks after people on cruise ships. The couple have an 12 year-old son, Ricky Jaya Purnawarman, who loves IT, speaks good English and recently went to Australia for a month to further develop his computer skills… he’s also is interested in possibly becoming a pilot.

As part of sharing his personal success, part of Wayan’s dream is to improve the education and health in Bali by building an education and social foundation for the disadvantaged Balinese communities. In doing so, Wayan needs supplies of books, computers, pencils and school stationery.

Wayan has always set his personal standards high and always refined his focus towards achieving his goals, so he keeps getting where he wants to go, naturally! When we set our sights at 5-Star, we will experience our world in a 5–Star way…if we settle for 2-Star that will be precisely what experience shows up for us. WHAT LEVEL ARE YOU CHOOSING TO PLAY AT?
